HOW TO FIND YOUR FRAME SIZE
HOW TO FIND YOUR FRAME SIZE
If you already have a frame you can easily find the size on the temple arm. The numbers there reflect the size measurements in millimeters (mm). They will look something like this: 54-17-144. The first number (eg 54) is the lens diameter, measured from the bridge to the outer edge of the lens. The second number (eg 17) is the bridge width - it's the gap above your nose between the lenses. The third number (eg 144) is the length of the temple arm including the portion going behind the ear.
If you are ordering your first pair of glasses here's a guide to help you find the correct size. Looking in a mirror, hold a ruler horizontally across your face. Measure in cm the distance between your left and right temples.
Use the chart below to convert your measurement to a frame size that may suit your face.
