Prescription lens orders: If you’re ordering prescription glasses, be sure to submit an up-to-date copy of your prescription including your pupillary distance (PD) when you place your order. After your order is placed, be on the lookout for follow-up emails or texts from our team. We may need further prescription information before we begin working on your glasses!. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.
Can I change my order? We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Email us at hopkinsandeye@gmail.com and we'll get back to you right away.
What is Acetate? Acetate is a nylon-based plastic (called Cellulose) that is strong, flexible and hypoallergenic. Cellulose acetate is a natural and renewable material, providing an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics typically used in inexpensive eyewear. Using acetate makes it possible to create richer and more unique colours.
